New Balance Baltimore will provide Free UPS ground shipping within the continental United States for any purchase totalling $50.00 or more. Any purchase under $50.00 will be charged a $4.95 shipping charge within the continental United States.
Returns and Exchanges
If you have to return an item for any reason, you are responsible for the return shipping charges unless there was an error on New Balance Baltimore's part. In this case we would reimburse you for the return shipping charges. Please make sure you include your original sales receipt if making a return.
1. New/unworn mechandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
2. Worn/used merchandise may be returned for "exchange only" for any reason within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise if you are not satisfied.
Damaged or Defective Items
We are happy to exchange or replace any item damaged in transit or having a manufacturer’s defect. Shipping charges incurred for such exchanges will be waived. Please contact our Customer Service department at 410-931-0796.
